I have lived in Cabo San Lucas since 1989, bought and sold property in Los Cabos since 1995, operated several successful business and know the ins and outs of living and working in Mexico as an American.

I have been a Mexican Citizen since 2005 and am raising 4 children with my wife Isabel, in this community. If you have any questions about buying, selling or just living here, I can most likely help and would be pleased to!
